Wednesday, 9/1/2010	ASAP	Playgroup update - Everyone deserves a great time at playgroups! And we want to make sure everyone gets a spot at a playgroup they desire too!
Wednesday, 9/1/2010	10:00 am	Nature walk, Kathryn Albertson Park: Join us for a walk through this 41-acre city park, featuring interpretive trails and plenty of wildlife. Meet in the parking lot.
Thursday, 9/2/2010	7:00–9:30 pm	Bunco Club: Fast-paced, easy to learn dice game. It’s great fun and a good way to meet other mothers.
Tuesday, 9/7/2010	7:00 pm	Board Meeting: Open to all IMN members and nursing babies. Please, join your board and give us those great ideas you have been thinking about. Also, a great way to meet other members.
Thursday, 9/9/2010	7:00 pm	Painting for Empty Bowls Charity: Come support the Idaho Food Bank’s annual Day After Thanksgiving Empty Bowl event. Meet at Ceramica on Vista to paint a bowl for the event. Ceramica will waive the studio fee, glaze, fire and deliver the bowl to the Foodbank for you. You have to buy the bowl ($10-17). Even if you don’t think your kids are up to painting a bowl, you can turn it into a Mom’s Night Out and join us anyway! RSVPs necessary by Monday September 6th, because a group with more than 6 people needs a reservation.

Wednesday, 9/15/2010	7:00–9:30 pm	Scrap Booking Club: We would love more people scrap booking with us. Please, join us to get those photos archived!
Friday, 9/17/2010	10:30 am	Young Discoverers: Join us on Free Family Admission Friday (every Friday through November 19th, presented by Fred Meyer Fund) for Young Discoverers. Explore and discover the wonders of science through story and activity time. This Friday’s topic – Sense of Touch.
Saturday, 9/18/2010	12:00 pm	Mom’s Getaway—Olive Garden: Come join us for all you can eat soup / salad and bread sticks and great conversation! Be sure to RSVP, so we can have table ready.
Tuesday 9/21/2010	10:30 am	Idaho Preferred Tasting Event & Fundraiser Kickoff: IMN is holding a fall fundraiser! Please join us to learn more about our Idaho Preferred Fundraiser. We will be tasting several of the yummy products for sale, distributing brochures, answering your questions, and learning about a special prize incentive we are offering our group members!
Thursday, 9/23/2010	10:00 am	First Day of Fall Walk and Craft: Join us in celebrating the first day of fall with a greenbelt walk & leaf collection for a craft project in the park! We’ll meet at the parking lot near “Duck Island” of Ann Morrison Park. From there, we’ll get on the greenbelt to collect some leaves for our Leaf Book Project, heading towards Candy Cane Playground. We’ll assemble our books in the park, and the kids can play afterward. All supplies will be provided, and can be taken home to assemble too!
Monday, 9/27/2010	10:00 am	Who doesn’t love a time capsule to stop time in a box for awhile? Join us to create your very own time capsule. Please bring a container to decorate—shoe box, oatmeal container, etc. Markers, stickers, etc. will be provided for decorating. You can bring pictures, drawings and the like to put in or you can just do the decorating while at the event and fill and seal once you get home.
Tuesday, 9/28/2010	7:00 pm	Book Club: Join us at Barnes and Noble for a discussion of this month’s book, The Heretic’s Daughter by Kathleen Kent.
Thursday, 9/30/2010	3:30 pm	Healthy Cooking Club: Join us this month for Cooking Club as we try some new recipes from the Cookbook "Deceptively Delicious" and learn how to sneak extra servings of veggies into our family's diets. We will be making vegetable purees and trying them out in a main dish, side, and dessert.
